Ladbrokes is a UK based sports betting and gaming company employing approximately 14,000 staff across its three main business divisions. In parallel with the roll out of new Oracle HR technology, the business wished to undertake a transformation of HR services including the development of a shared services organisation and the introduction of business partner roles. Orion worked with Ladborkes to undertake an initial diagnostic of the current state of HR services. Following this work, Orion were retained to work with an internal programme team to provide light touch ‘critical friend’ and quality assurance services through to successful completion of the programme.
