- Telent is a leading technology company and specialist in the design, build and support of critical digital infrastructure. In 2021, Telent’s growth plans faced multiple business challenges and the organization needed to respond to pressures to reduce contract costs, manage a high volume of bid activity develop agile business processes and invest in engineering skills, all within an 18 month period.
- Faced with an administratively-focused HR function and fragmented, poor quality data and systems – Group HRD, Jemimah Parnell engaged Orion to help develop a comprehensive HR technology and HR transformation strategy. Working with the HR team, Orion helped Telent to build a detailed transformation plan and HRIS strategy; run due diligence processes to select new HR and payroll systems; manage the transition to a new HR target operating model, deliver a bespoke Business Partner development programme and manage the delivery of the overall programme. The programme ran over an 18 month period and went live within planned budgets and timescales.
