The Royal Marsden was the first hospital in the world dedicated to the study and treatment of cancer. With over 3,500 employees, it was one of the first NHS Foundation Trusts and is recognised as a world leader in its field.
We partnered with the HR Leadership team at the Trust to design and implement a new HR delivery model. We helped develop the detailed processes and structures for the new service and then assess, select and develop the new HR team.
