Transport for London (TfL) is responsible for the transport system in Greater London. TfL has responsibility for London’s network of principal road routes, rail networks, trams, buses and taxis, cycling provision, and for river services. It employees 28,000 people and meets the needs of 1.37 billion passengers each year.
We worked with TfL to design and develop the detailed plans for a new HR Operating model. We helped build the new HR service and manage the transition for both HR and the business. We have also worked with the HR teams to build change and OD capabilities in the new HR teams.
