Aspen is a global reinsurance business with 14 international offices operating across three regions. HR services within the business had developed under a federated structure, with the result that there was no single view of human capital across the organisation. Orion developed a global process model for Aspen and prepared detailed business requirements for HR and payroll systems. Orion were subsequently retained to support the due diligence process and to provide programme management for the global roll out of Success Factors.
